Welcome to EAD Creators Hub, a digital resource and creative membership platform by Epic Art Designs. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products, services, or memberships, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy – Digital Products, Services & Memberships

All of our offerings—including templates, downloads, custom design services, and memberships—are digital and non-tangible.

Therefore, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Digital products (templates, downloads, kits, etc.)

  • Digital services (custom edits, designs, formatting)

  • Membership subscriptions (monthly or annual)

By purchasing any digital product, booking a service, or subscribing to a membership, you acknowledge and accept this strict no refund policy.

2. Membership Terms

EAD Creators Hub memberships are cancel anytime, meaning you can cancel your subscription at any point to avoid future charges.

However, no refunds will be given for any past or current membership charges—even if you cancel immediately after a renewal. Access will remain active through the billing period.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through EAD Creators Hub is the exclusive intellectual property of Epic Art Designs. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or client use only.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute any digital files, templates, or membership content. Violating this policy may lead to account termination and legal action.

4. Account Usage & Security

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing login credentials or content with others is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access without notice or refund.

5. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update, revise, or change these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

6. Support

If you experience issues accessing your digital files or membership content, contact us at eadcreatorshub@gmail.com. Support is limited to access-related inquiries—not custom work unless explicitly stated.

7. User Agreement

Affiliate Disclosure

EAD Creators Hub is a participant in affiliate programs, including Canva’s Affiliate Program. Some pages, tutorials, and resources may contain affiliate links.

If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only promote products and tools we genuinely use and love.
